- Please send photos that are bright and not blurry.
- Make sure the photo is a good likeness of the person (or pet). Does this really resemble them in this shot?
- Trouble uploading Photos? Email them to dcrx@me.com (include instructions).
APPROVE THE PREVIEW
- You'll receive the PREVIEW ART as a low resolution, watermarked email attachment, along with an invoice for payment.
- If you like it, pay invoice and get the FINAL ART emailed to you right away.
- Simple changes can sometimes be made for free, complex changes are extra.
- FULL CUSTOM ART requires an extra step, see below.
APPROVE ROUGH SKETCH (if full custom)
- If the art is FULL CUSTOM, you'll receive a ROUGH SKETCH for approval before I proceed to color and shading. This is a good way to clarify what you want, and avoid misunderstandings.This comes before the PREVIEW ART stage (see above).
- You will have a chance to discuss custom details with the artist at this point (optional).
- Large, complex projects require a 25% deposit before proceeding, after approving rough sketch.
PAYMENTS
- You can pay with Paypal, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
- After you pay the invoice, your art will be sent via email as soon as your payment shows up in my account (almost immediately).
- For complex custom ideas and extras, we can work out a custom price estimate.
FINAL ART
- Final art will be 300 dpi, RGB, jpg's (these are not vector files).
- Default proportions will 8.5 x 11 (portrait or landscape) unless otherwise requested
- You will own the copyright to the art, but the artist reserves the right to use the images in his own artist portfolio, and the online galleries of this site (unless otherwise requested)
